How to Pay

Pay in person at Beatty Lodge located at 235 Vincent St, West Perth 6005 Western Australia

Pay in person or phone us to pay using Mastercard, VISA, Amex, or JCB.
A surcharge of 2.3% applies on purchases using VISA or MASTERCARD and 2.0% using AMEX or JCB cards.

Check In

Check in between 2:00PM and 6:00PM.
Guests are strictly required to provide a valid Passport or Australian Driver’s Licence and Full Covid-19 Vaccination Proof at check-in time.
No other forms of ID will be accepted.
A compulsory refundable $20 security deposit is required at time of check-in.

Check Out

Check-out time is before 10.00 am on the date of departure.
Any unauthorised checkout after 10:00 am on the day of departure will incur in an additional night.
Any guest checking out at a time when reception is not open are required to see reception during opening hours on the day prior to departure to collect the deposit refund and instructed on our after hours check-out procedure.

Extend Your Stay

Extending a reservation is subject to availability. Only nights that have been paid are guaranteed. Guests should speak with reception as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Extensions may not always be possible resulting in the requirement for the guest to checkout or change rooms.


For reservations made directly with us, either by phone or email, the full amount for the first nights stay will be retained or charged to the provided credit card by Beatty Lodge for any reservation cancellation.
Should any guest not show up on the booked date of arrival or are unable to check-in due to arriving after the designated check-in time, Beatty Lodge will retain the amount for the first night’s stay or charge for the full amount of the first night’s accommodation, using the provided credit card.
Shortening of Stay
Should a guest, for any reason, wish to shorten their stay, please advise us as soon as possible. To receive a refund of bed nights when shortening your stay, notification of the earlier departure date must be made by 10 am of the day prior to the new departure date. Should you notify reception after this time, an extra full night’s occupancy fee will be charged. Please note that weekly rates are non-refundable regardless of notification of an earlier departure date.
