Beatty Lodge is a dedicated student only accommodation, located beside the vibrant suburb of Leederville and only minutes from Perth city centre.
About the Lodge
Who can stay at Beatty Lodge?
International and domestic students aged 18+ and who are enrolled in an English course, vocational program, or university degree. We would need a copy of your Confirmation of Enrolment, Acceptance confirmation, or valid Australian visa from your institution when organising a booking with us.
How many beds do you have?
We have 131 beds that are available in a variety of configurations including private single and double rooms, shared twin rooms, as well as 4-bed and 6-bed dorm rooms. Our rooms are allocated by gender as are our bathrooms.
Is there a minimum and maximum length of stay?
For all students, our minimum length of stay is 7 nights and our maximum length of stay is 364 nights. Students can discuss longer stays with the Lodge manager. We suggest you book for your intended length of stay as extensions are not guaranteed.

You can contact us via email at info@beattylodge.com.au or via phone by dialing +61 08 6275 7660. If you are in Perth, you can also stop by at reception during opening hours on Monday - Sunday from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.
What are the Check-In times?
Reception is open for check-in between 2:00pm and 6:00pm each day. If you need to check in outside of those hours, prior arrangements must be made via email. Guests are required to provide a valid passport or Australian Government issued ID at check-in. No other forms of ID are accepted.
What are the Check-Out times?
Check-out time is before 10:00am on the day of departure. Late check-outs can be arranged when notified via email and might incur an additional night's charge.
Payments Required
What payments are required upfront?
You do not need to pay any rent upfront. A single bond payment of $400 is required to secure your reservation. This payment is separate to the room payments. The bond serves as a security deposit and will be refunded upon check-out, provided that a room inspection confirms the facilities are in the same condition as upon your arrival.
How are Room payments made?
Room payment start immediately from the date of check-in, and paid on a weekly basis until check-out. We accept payments made with Cash (Australian Dollars Only), Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Diners Club will incur an additional surcharge of the amount equal to that charged by provider), Australian Bank Cards (EFTPOS) and Direct Bank Transfer / Electronic Funds Transfers.
When will I receive my $400 bond Refund?
The bond is held until check-out to cover any potential damages or losses and will be returned within 14 days of receiving the completed “Bond Refund Request Form”. Refer to our full Terms & Conditions for further details.
